My (step) daughter Shana became my partner in 2003 and after Hearth sold out to Coldwell Banker we ran their Property Management division for 15 years. When ownership changed we left and had to re-invent ourselves at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. With Jared Spears, my grandson, Shana’s son opening an office under the Home Experts Realty brokerage we decided to make his office a family affair adding our property management business to the mix.
